WhatsApp’s version of stories may have become popular among people. This feature allows you to post a photo, video, or text that will disappear after 24 hours. This feature may soon receive an update that introduces audio modes. That’s about it.
WhatsApp voice status will start soon
Estimated (by WABetaInfo), WhatsApp plans to introduce a voice status that basically allows you to post a voice as a status. It is part of the Meta-owned messaging app for iOS and was previously featured in the beta version of WhatsApp for Android.
The screenshot shows an audio note with a general status. This sound mode will have a microphone icon in the lower right corner, so it acts as a difference between normal and sound modes. You can search for the best idea.
The report shows that you can post a voice note of up to 30 seconds with the text. Audio statuses are end-to-end encrypted and visible to people you choose based on your privacy settings.
Remember that WhatsApp is testing the ability to show links to previews in the status. Audio mode is currently under development and it is not known when and if link previews will be available to users. We don’t know when it will be available to a wider audience.
