This Youtuber has tested the iPhone 14 accident detection and it works

The iPhone 14 is capable of detecting traffic accidents and this YouTuber has seen it first-hand.

The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max release a new feature capable of detecting traffic accidents and calling emergency services automatically.
